Suspension & Steering Repair
Do you hear abnormal clunks, thuds or clicks when traveling over bumps?
Service Description
Your vehicle's suspension system is a complex series of components that work in tandem to maintain passenger comfort and vehicle ride quality over a variety of road conditions. This includes control arms, shocks, struts, wheel bearings, tie rods, and ball joints. If one component wears out prematurely, it can lead to a cascading effect where multiple failures can begin to occur if ignored long enough. Suspension problems can manifest in a variety of ways and it isn't always easy to diagnose without an inspection underneath the vehicle. If you hear clicks, thuds, rumbles, or hums that occur when turning or accelerating, book an appointment for a technician to inspect the vehicle and give it a test drive. If the vehicle wanders while driving in a straight line or the steering wheel periodically jerks in your hand, this can be a more serious issue that should be investigated as soon as possible. Please note: some suspension repair requires that your vehicle receive a new alignment. Alignment equipment is highly specialized and utilizes a series of sensitive measurement tools that cannot be performed in a mobile setting. If a new alignment is required, we will notify you in advance of the service to the best of our ability and will refer you to a specialist who can perform the alignment.
